My Daddy's Clothes
I know, I know, it's been forever since I have written. Well, first we were without power for 12 days. Twelve whole days. Can you believe it? My daddy kept talking about how he was wishing for a "miracle on Seminole Street." I don't know what he was talking about. But I had a great time staying over at my Gigi and Granddad's house. I don't think I even knew we didn't have power at home.
Then, even after we got power back at our house, we have only had internet access on a couple of occasions. The cable company keeps telling us we should be "next," but it hasn't happened. So, anyway, enough about my daddy's sob story -- I have a lot of news to share with you.
On last Saturday, my daddy took care of me while my mommy went out for a while. Daddy put me down to sleep and I didn't want to go to sleep -- so I decided to roll over. The first time! I rolled over from my back to my stomach -- with one problem. My head didn't follow the rest of my body and I got stuck. I started screaming bloody murder. And of course, since my mommy told my daddy he had to let me cry, he didn't come and see me in my "stuck" position for a long time (five minutes). But, it's true, I rolled over!
Then, on Monday, I went with my mommy and daddy (and Olivia) to Kansas City. We saw my Aunt Tara and I got to meet John and Lynette and Ed and Ansie. They were all so much fun. I smiled at all of them.
Anyway, I don't have any new pictures to share because of mommy and daddy's technical problems. But I do have a couple of old pictures. In these pictures, I am wearing the outfit daddy wore when he was dedicated at church by his parents.
