Where's My Daddy?

Here I am in a fun onesie -- if I'm not sure where my daddy is, I guess I can always look on the couch. Oh yeah, and if you can't tell, I really like my hand.

Since it is getting cold outside, my mommy bought me a warm "bundle me" to keep me warm in my carseat. My daddy wants to know if they make an adult version. Here's a picture of me in my "bundle me."

Four Baby Party

On the day after Thanksgiving, my parents invited some of their friends over for an afternoon party. All of the people who came over had babies like me. There was my friend Sam and his parents Tom and Cyndi, my new friend Addison and her parents Chad and Erica, and my new friend Clayton and his parents Jeff and Katie. We had a lot of fun (really, they had a lot of fun and I slept in my mommy's arms during the whole party.

Above is a picture of me and my mom, Erica and Addison (who is six months old) and Cyndi and Sam (who just turned one).

Below is a picture of Erica and Addison. Addison is pretty cool because she is learning to crawl and she crawls backwards. She also loves to smile for the camera -- but not this time.

This is Clayton. He is funny. He is learning to walk. Here he made friends with one of my toys.

Last but not least, here is a picture of Cyndi and Sam (standing) and Clayton. Sam just learned to walk and he came to the party wearing mardi gras beads. Clayton is also in the picture. I like my new friends.

Thanks for looking at pictures of our four baby party.

My First Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! I know, I'm a bit late, but it is better late than never, right? I had a big Thanksgiving with my great-granparents (Nanny, Granddad, and Bird) and my Great-aunt Connie and Great-uncle Phil and cousin Aaron. Grandma and Grandpa Cash were there too.

Bird made Pumpkin Chiffon Pie for Thanksgiving -- but of course they didn't let me eat any -- but I can't wait until next year. My mom really likes it though (I even think she ate some for breakfast on Friday). My great-Granddad Cash is a big Arkansas Razorback football fan and he brought me this football. Wooo Pig Soieee!!!!!!

Here is a picture of me with my grandmother and granddad Cash in the outfit my Grandmother picked out for me for Thanksgiving. Don't I look happy?

Touring my Nursery

The last couple of weeks have been big. REALLY BIG. I am getting bigger. At least that's what my mommy says. She took me to the doctor a couple of weeks ago and I weighed 12 pounds, 9 ounces. I've gained 6 pounds since I was born and now I am in the 75th percentile for my age.
Then, last week my mommy and daddy moved me from my cradle to my crib in the nursery. My own room. I must be a big baby now.... The pictures are from my nursery. Mom likes to rock me to sleep and feed me in the yellow chair.

My mom's friend, Jess (I call her "Aunt Jess") came to visit me (well I think she really came to visit my mom) from Jefferson City and stayed with us for two nights. She helped to take care of me and she helped my mom finish up my nursery. My nursery has 10 counting cards with birds on them. I started to count last week on my fingers. I got to 2 and then I fell asleep. I have to go now. It is time for me to eat or sleep, I forgot which one. Thanks again Aunt Jess.

Learning to Smile

I just recently learned that you can do this cool thing with your mouth -- it's called smiling. Every once in a while when I think something is funny or I want my mom to be happy, I just curve my mouth up a little bit and smile and it makes her very happy. Just in case you want to see the evidence, here are a couple of pictures of my smiles . . .

I also wanted to show everyone my pumpkin hat. I wear this hat outside when it is cold and it makes me look like a "pumpkin-head." At least that's what my daddy tells me. My mom tells me I can only wear my pumpkin hat until Thanksgiving. That's because she has this thing called "style." My daddy would probably let me wear my pumpkin hat in July.

Oh yeah. Last weekend, I fell asleep while doing some "tummy time" on my boppy. I slept on my boppy for 3 whole hours. Here's a picture.

Pea in a Pod

Happy Halloween!!! It is my first Halloween and I dressed up as a "pea in a pod." It was nice and warm and I had a lot of fun. Of course we didn't go anywhere, and the only people who saw me were my mom and dad and Grandma and Grandpa Cash, but it was great fun.

Here are a few more pictures of me in my costume.

Don't my mom and dad look proud?

We hope you all had a great Halloween too!
